Taking a holistic view of user experience has been a critical component of the conceptual and strategic expertise I've developed. Paired with my visual design skills, the ability to envision and plan for optimal user interaction has allowed me to understand how to set a solid foundation for an experience via thoughtful UX documentation. This recent example shows my work with the VT Dept. of Health in re-architecting and improving the users experience through information architecture & wireframing.
