Real-Time Financial Transaction App Design
At Sapient, I served as Senior UX Lead for a project with Goldman Sachs' Private Wealth Management division, focusing on improving client communication around financial transactions. Recognizing the limitations of existing channels like phone and email, I spearheaded the UX design for a native mobile app designed for real-time transaction management and account updates.
My contributions spanned the entire design process, from user research and journey mapping to information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing. I leveraged InVision Studio to create a high-fidelity, interactive prototype demonstrating key user flows, including the initial setup and various authorization processes. The prototype incorporated micro-interactions and animations to optimize the user experience and was designed with scalability and iterative development in mind.
